She is a resident of Virginia Beach, VA who has thirty-two years of educational experience. She is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree and Old Dominion University with a Master’s degree. Mrs. Clark teaches at Booker T. Washington High School, where Mrs. Cynthia Watson is principal. Mrs. Clark believes every child has a right to the best education possible. Preparing students for a productive life as responsible citizens is an educator’s goal.
