She is a resident of Chesapeake, VA who has twenty years of educational experience. She is a graduate of Norfolk State University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. Ms. Hall teaches 5th grade at Poplar Halls Elementary, where Dr. Phyllis Clark-Freeman is the principal. Mrs. Hall believes every child should have the opportunity to become all that they can be. With love and caring she feels she can motivate them to the height of their potential.
