She is a resident of Norfolk, VA with nineteen years of educational experience. She is a graduate of Norfolk State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education. Ms. Ellis teaches Special Education at Pembroke Elementary School where Dr. Linda Hayes is principal. Ms. Ellis believes the teacher should understand that each child is an individual with individual needs and should be dealt accordingly. Quality time with that child and teacher is very important for success.
